If you drank because it was cool you should propably find a sharp object and insert it in to your rectum for punishment.
Some of those drinks taste good, that´s reason enough to drink them (Drinking them to stay awake is pure bullshit, usualy i drink a can and take a nap)

No more poisonous than any standard soft drinks...though i´d avoid diving after drinking...increased pulse isn´t very good for saving oxygen.

Anyway, you realise that every country has it´s own set of brands and some have different brands on different regions too. It´s hard to go and choose an answer, when i´m familiar with only 1-2 choices on that list...

Is, IMO, the best energy drink out there, you are supposed to drink HALF the 2 oz shot and your ass gets wired. A friend drank 2 of them and got so pumped up he nearly jumped in front of a bus. No joke.

If you down half of one like you're supposed to, you should be fine. One serving has a month's worth of Vitamin B12(not exaggerating), for Christ's sake. If you want some other kind of "energy drink" I would go for coffee, less of a chance to die of spastic brain hemorrhaging like monster.

Red Bull tastes awful, as do most energy drinks. Artificial sweeteners are bitter on my tongue.

Tea or yerba mate is much better for energy. The unpleasant side effects seem to be minimized.
