So I forgot my book at home today, and I've been bored all day long.

What should I do?

I've got an hour and a half left in the day... Scratch that, make that an hour and 15 minutes. I'm going to go smoke a cancer stick for 15 mins, then I'll be bored again and ready to read your suggestions.

Wave dollar bills at any random girl that passes by. That always produces some kind of entertainment.

I'm assuming your someplace public and not shut up in your parents basement.

That sounds like it'd be fun.

I'm working on it hehe... (Queue up Family guy clip)

Attempt One brought me about 100 pages... Then the story fell apart as often happens when you had no idea where you were going with it.

Attempt Two PHAILED miserably when I realized that the characters were lame...

I'm working on attempt Three right now, but this time I'm taking the time to create the setting, plot, characters, and all that in advanced, then I'll write up the outline and chapter summery, then start on the book itself.

my problem is, although i have fully thought out the story, and have a good setting and plot, and also worked out the characters in my mind, it just takes me to long to formulate something or describe the scenery so it sounds right. or i have to re-formulate every passage like 20 times. and after page 10 it just got to exhausting :p

but maybe ill continue one day. but with the current speed id would take me like 100 years to complete the book :lmao:
