Great stuff as always. I like the attention to motion details that they've done, especially on the wolf. Most games just have them running along, but the DF wolf's mouth was slightly open and it's jaw was moving up and down as he ran, just like real wolves do when they're panting. Also, that dino is pretty menacing. I wish we had some some scale to go by in some of these animations. The descriptions don't mention the size or scale of these things and it's hard to judge how high the different player races would stand, next to a dino.

well the t-rex does fit in kinda weird, but i kinda like it.

It survived in this world. Humans and all the other animals aren't fantasy either.

But i understand why you don't consider a t-rex fantasy :)

If it's not in Lord of the Rings, it's not fantasy, right? You need to update your definition of what fantasy is, then. Dinosaurs are fine. And if you don't like it, don't go to Yssam. Me, I can't wait to get there.

Cool monsters! Maybe we'll even get a real gameplay video soon? Hire some pros to edit a nice little presentation of ubar monsters fighting player characters while the grass is swaying and the waves lapping - it would be nice to see...

Darkfal has broken more "fantasy Laws"I think. Mirdain are just elves and Alfar is Elf in another language :)

But I love it. And I like also some dinosaurs in it. But the Wolve anymation I like the most.

the amount of detail in all their models realy surprise me since the game isnt even in beta yet! in many other games the graphics dont kick in til open beta testing and all the tweaks begin =[

Wow, again! I just love the animations!! Andonis, dont forget that these guys have been at it for a while now, and thats just how the monster grafix and animations look like!
They have been done with care and time and love!! :) By reading the combine article, one can see that they are much further along than most of us believe! :)

Well, i can only say Congratulations to the team and thank you for those incredible animations!!

very nice guys, the wolf model isnt that great, but the animation for it is, good job guys, i'd like to see some ranged mobs, most of the ones (if not all) so far have been melee
