Not really, honestly I am not good in photoshop, and I know it.

My pic is 500x160, I will crop it for 500x150 when I get home.

Use [img] tags. It's a BBcode. Or click the little icon that looks like a landscape photo in your edit box and type the URL in there.

I'd love to be able to make my sig that good. You say you're not good with PS. My sig is living proof that you're a liar. *I'M* shite with PS. How did you do that text? It's things like that which fuck with my head.

lol pronk...its called layers -> layer styles.

+ overlay or hue/sat.

also custom fonts help and creating multiple layer son the text with diff filters works well to sometimes. just experiment and check out some tutorials if u really wanna learn. text is very simple really.
