welcome to 1995? forget when this fight started but I still worked there (interplay) and the language in the contract alone was basically a line in the sand.


bethesda should win by default, interplay has had some of the best IP's known to fucking man (star trek, dungeon and dragons, and a third I forget that was epic and some top console IPs) and pissed all over them.

Yeah too bad they just released one of the most successful games of the year. I don't think they're going anywhere (nor would I want them to).
