The Fireblood Brotherhood
"Fire cleanses corruption, it renders to ashes cities and towns, nay it tempers the very soul of man.
Blood is the fuel of war, the food of life, it is the sacred pact of the Brotherhood.
Through fire and blood do I, of the Brotherhood, chastise mine enemies, censure the darkness."
For a time there was peace between the clans of the new land, but now a dark and barbaric era was to arise. Many freemen took flight from the reality of this grim new world and found solace in the Brotherhood of Flame and Life...
Private Military Company
In Agon The Fireblood Brotherhood will function primarily as a Private Military Company. As a PMC we shall work within the Darkfall lore as opposed to a Mercenary band that would most likely be ARAC and of negative/evil alignment.
As Darkfall draws closer we will release detailed information on our military services and charges.
For further information please visit our website: http://www.tfbb.org
Allies & Enemies
We have only one or two allies and as a PMC it is not in our interest to acquire any more than that. Furthermore we shall be bound by the Darkfall lore, all evil races and alignments will be KOS.
Who are we?:
A small organised clan with members from various backgrounds that are now melded and directed primarily for a RP PVP style of play. Our membership ranges from between fifty and seventy members across various mmo's.
Rules:
Only enough to make a competent pvp team. We shall be bound by the lore of Darkfall and it's alignment system. The clan maintains significant structure without which chaos would surley ensue.
Exploration
It is the Brotherhoods Policy to know of all Agon and to this end we must explore every inch of it:
* We intend to kill Far-Lordain and Iyrtan the Destroyer of Yssam.
* We wish to destroy the Ice Demon called Illgarm residing in Niflheim.
* We will investigate why Grievous and Sentient Shades have recently appeared in many abandoned villages and caravanserais in Rubaiyat.
* We'll be raiding dungeons for treasure including the one in Cairn's city of old Kasdim.
If you're looking for a clan that is going to enjoy all aspects of the game, RP, PvP, PVE then we're the one. We will be involved in heavy lore-bound PvP which will reflect the rpg nature of the game. Visit us at: http://www.tfbb.org
Alignment Lore
Excerpt from Seventh Parchment of Flame: The late history of The Brotherhood.
Third leaf:
“The Brotherhood or The Fireblood Brotherhood as it was commonly referred to by those who knew of its elusive existence had now grown somewhat in number. Assassins, thieves, dark warriors, Mirdain’s rejects even Dwarves and Alfar had come from far and wide to join the Fireblood Brotherhood to find that which their own peoples had refused them; honor and protection. The only condition Trent lay down was the allegiance to the clan before race and blood ties. Any who wished to join but were deemed as weak of character, mind or of body were ruthlessly killed, looted and left to rot. The Brotherhood gained strength and wealth each coming year and yet none knew of their whereabouts or their dwelling places. In truth it remains the last place of honor and protection for such peoples.
Even so as time passed tensions grew amongst the Brotherhood. The Alfar although welcomed with open arms seemed to be upon a different path, following their own agenda. They were constantly ungrateful and commonly aggressive against others. Finally the day came when the Alfar turned bold and slaughtered a number of the Orcs and Mahirim in their sleep. In turn, against the principles of the brotherhood, the Mahirim and Orks slaughtered the remaining Alfar until their last; not one remained in the brotherhood. The Orks and Mahirim were exiled from the brotherhood for although they had strength and honor, they were wild and with strong animal instincts.
It was a great loss but it contained a benefit; the treachery of the Alfar became known and apparent to the brotherhood and no more would they be accepted amongst the Fireblood. As for the Mahirim and the Orks then perhaps one day after many years their races may become more civilised and some may return to the brotherhood, but for now the brotherhood belongs to the allegiance of three; Humans, Dwarfs and Mirdain."
"Following the slaughter of the Alfar by the now exiled Mahirim and Orks, word had reached the main Alfar communities that the brotherhood had slaughtered Alfar. In their blind hatred and ignorance the Alfar communities sent raiding parties after the brotherhood. Night after night the Alfar attacked. Many of the brotherhood fell but the Alfar raiders were eventually overcome. Trent and others of the Fireblood Brotherhood looked remorsefully at the bloodied ground and the bodies of their dead. Rage and fire flowed through them and they made pact: "Let not any Alfar live, let Melek weep at the slaughter of his children".
