Realistically:

ETA is announced on August 23rd, 2011.

Darkfall 2010/Arena/DF 2.0/rebirth/wipe is slated for December 2011.

It actually occurs on January 19th, 2012 with 1/4 of the promised features with another 1/4 of them released through two "expansions" that take 10 months to produce.
