Hello, hello!

Thanks to everyone that participated and watched the last tournament. It was a lot of fun and we had some great matches and two great livestreams by Apoc Owns from NA-1 and Ermel from EndGamersTV.

Thanks to Aventurine for sponsoring the last tournament with unique in-game item rewards and doubling of the tournament gold pot and for giving me the Thornreaper greatsword ♥

A lot of you have been wanting to see the items in-game and here they are:

Tournament date: Sunday the 8th of May.

Location:

Outside of Aradoth. A very central location where some previous DFT events has been held. There's good locations for having several fights at once close to the city walls and it should be a nice location to have it once more.

Time:
18:00 GMT +2 (Swedish time) which is 17:00 for you people living in England.

Type:
2vs2 Anything goes Tournament (Best out of 3)

Entrance fee is 40,000g. This can be paid on the tournament date.

Rules:

Note on ganking: If you kill an enemy player you are allowed to "gank" him. Instead of ganking use RESSURECTION on him which will work as a gank. If you get the ressurection off the player who is down has to accept it and run out of the duel area.

This is done so that we can minimize the time people have to wait for people to return and gear back up.

A teammate can of course ressurect his fallen team member and help him back up.

Infernal Limit

Any weapons allowed

Any enchant allowed

Any mount allowed but one per person

No pre-surges

No other buffs

No Spell Reflect pre-combat

It is of course like any DT event full loot when you have won atleast two times against your opponent (best out of 3).

First place:
The winners of the tournament will be awarded the most and they will recieve 70% of the gold from the entry fees

Second Place:
20% of the tournament entry fees.

Third Place: 10% of the tournament entry fees.

Important notes for the tournament day:


Entrance fee: This shall be traded to me in a sack marked with your teams name on it. Show up as early as you can to make sure we won't have to wait for you. Once all matches but yours has been played in the first round and you still haven't shown up you will lose in a walk-over and be banned from the next tournament.


Duel areas and setup:

There will be three duel areas. We will be conducting three fights at the same time at the start to make things go quicker.

Be ready and be aware of both public chat that will announce the fights and where they will happen as well as a private tell from your referee who will be guiding you to the duel area.

When it is your turn something like this will be seen in public chat:

You then need to head there asap, buff up and get ready to fight.

Wonders have been allowed in DFT tournaments since the first one got built in Kvitstein a long while back when I wasn't in SUN. There is no reason to not allow it. You could just say that people who are blue have an unfair advantage over reds cus they can do the title quests and other retarded arguments etc..

No reason to not allow them and most people in this tourny will probably have 450 hp with bc, vigor enchants, hp buff etc.

If you don't like the fact two clans (Dunno who has Kvitstein atm) have wonder buffs then you're just going to have to sit this one out.

Who interrupted any of your fights last time? There were just a few SUN there at bloodscar and they were ones helping me do several fights at the same time. I doubt they'd raid the DFT event but if they did those who raided would be banned for life ofc.

The alts who run into the tournament last time was sir forgotten's from liandri as he confirmed it afterwards.

The location for the event has been decided and it will be outside the gates of Aradoth where we've had many nice tournaments in the past. It is a nice central area and since most of the environment is very green and lush Apocs fantastic 1080p livestream should look even better this time!.

Just to be clear - to help keep FPS up for everyone taking part, no one from the temporary alliance will be allowed to spectate unless they are themselves taking part in the event.

Why is there always a limit to mounts?

There are too many disadvantages in using mounts so why do you limit it to 1 per person of any type of mount?

Allow us to take 2 mounts at least, or rather, out of the 2 players 1 can hold on to two mounts. If someone dosn't know how to fight vs mount then they should train, it does happen in open pvp so why restrict it?

It's a rule from the days before mounted damage got nerfed/fixed (depending on which camp you're in) and something a lot of people wanted it to be like.

I'm not going to change it for this tournament but for future ones I'll look it over and probably remove the limit completely. Naturally you won't be able to bring 1kg mounts though.

fyi i dont have any intensifies (exept lesser magic) at 100.My highest are 96fire magic and ~85 air.Then i got about 60 earth and everything else is below 50.Op char indeed
