I'm using Zbrush , which is similar I suppose. I've only tried a beta of mudbox long ago, but I didn't like the feel of it. I'm sure it's gotten a lot better now though. The only thing it had going for it back in the day was a "normal" interface compared to Zbrush, but I got past the interface obstacle in Zbrush way before mudbox was released, so didn't feel the need to change software.
