“The Underworld Assailants represent a unique vision that cannot be fully expressed with mere words. We like to think of ourselves as a tight knit family. In the past few months our collective visions has become apparent. We have undergone several hierarchical changes which I feel have made us stronger and more equipped for the release of Darkfall. As the sole ruler and Count of this fine guild I have decided to fill you in with some information about us.”
About the UA:

For Recruits AND Potential Business:
There are several leadership roles and officer positions available. Anyone can apply for and start a squad which will be evaluated and possibly put in to effect. Achievers will be rewarded accordingly. Anyone can and will get just about any item they really need, however the self interested will be removed and/or KOS. Most of our funds will be managed by our economic division where it will be placed towards our overall growth as a society rather than our pockets. Our guild employs a very complex system, but we feel it will be a successful one. As mercenaries, we have considered several of the possible scenarios a contract might entail. All I can say at this point is that we work in a covert fashion and protect the interests of those we do business for as well as our own. Our own interests will come first and I feel no shame in admitting that we will exploit the players of Agon and use them to our overall benefit. This does not mean people will be ripped off or treated unfairly, but rather there is very little we will refuse.

-Squads that train together and learn how each other work (think Mafia)
-Constant Business
-Crafting division at our disposal
-Respect
-Isolated and well protected central city as well as several trading outposts
-Economically inclined- seeking those organized people who understand business

What we are looking for and what we do not care about:
It is quite simple. The UA does not care for whiney little bitches. The UA could give a rat’s ass about what people think about the cliché aspects of playing a Mercenary. The UA does not cater to anyone but their family while respecting the general world of Agon. The UA does not show any acts of aggression without first being provoked (provoked is an attack on the guild as a whole). The UA can show aggression if the appropriate authority says to. The UA wants intelligent respectable people who are willing to role-play at least to the degree at which our hierarchy demands understanding of our charter and overall structure. I have no personal shame in removing you from the guild without even mentioning it to the others. Other than that, we want new and excited recruits. We are funny bunch who spend more time joking around than not. Come check out the fun.
