This is purely a role-playing guild.
The group will run as a pack.
The goals:
To have a fully immersed gaming experience.
To amass wealth, goods, infamy and power through deeds considered by some to be evil.
The Structure:
There is no huge structure to the clan, but there is still structure. One leader, the rest follow. Anyone can choose to lead, but first they must defeat the present leader. It's simple. No Master, then second master, then half-assed master, then sergant and so on and so on. Those titles and chains of command are so tiresome. You want something someone else has, you ask for it or fight for it. Dissputes will be contained to times before and after 'adventures'.
Playstyle:
Bandits. Plain and simple. No fixed abode. We will roam free and take what we want, whenever we want, from whomever we want. Random killing is not what we are looking for either. This is a role-playing guild not a player-killing guild, although I have no doubt there will be some killings. Revenge is a top priority. If someone deserves payback, then it becomes the goal for that days
'adventure'.
Possibilities:
If enough fame or indeed infamy is obtained. We may for a while hire ourselves out as mercenaries to those who may need the assistance of an underhanded and skilled group. No job will be too brutal or dirty, but we won't come cheap. Hopefully we will have a hideout or two dotted about the land for respite and gathering. In the end we may have a fortress and land of our own, but who knows? For the time being we will be bandits, brigands, outlaws, thieves, villains and worse. We will strike fear into the heart of every player and NPC. We will mould the history of Agon around us.

All are welcome. This may pose problems as our reputation becomes dastardly, but the life of a bandit is not an easy one.
