Merchants, crafters and heroes alike will have a place to get together and compare prices and gear on November 12th:

I will most likely be in southern Dwarflands offering house binds to Gul Jarnath (about 1.2 km west of Mar Shral) for easy access.

It's about a 3 minute ride from Gul Jarnath to Mar Shral. Just head straight east!

Anyway, FYI i was the first owner of mar shral on EU1, i farmed it on day 0 during the first day of darkfalls launch. During beta I observed the strangly high resell rate on quartz so I personally farmed most of the money along with a few other guys selling earth elemental loot it on day 1. We registered the 3rd clan and 5th city. (the city you now own 2 years later). I achieved this with just 4 people on that day by the way.

The clan Awful Company, of which i was a co-leader to the main leader gluttony, was notorious for eventually toppling "King Mannus", for being a zerg, and then realising we had become the evil zerg we sought to destroy in the process, we were then "fed to the piranhas" of the rest of the server and were the first big Darkfall Disbanding, mostly because of the handy work of Mercs, Hail and Rainbow Ninjas, at that time a very large alliance.

Despite a break in playing, I like to think I have a good understanding of Darkfall politics & strategy as I lead the game when it was at its population peak.

I'm not related to this clan "SB" or "Zealot" in any way I'm just saying that a clan who is raging all over the forums and trying to make players leave the game should not be hosting an event in their city currently at war. Essentially this event is just a PR spin on their recent bad behavior. You have every right to disagree with my opinion but I think you would be wrong.

As you will see if you read what I wrote, I was justly telling a Zealot member to not blast this thread with F you etc, I was quite calm in my tone.

While I'll agree the last event went without a hitch, (it basically involves 'everybody come to this location'), and that I'll also agree the member Umberto has made good videos for the game and a name for himself, this does not justify holding the current event for them as spotlight

The event is being held in the middle of a war as a strategic tool.. and community laisons should be aware they are being manipulated, for future reference if nothing else.

Zealot leadership (screw loose), designed this event to fail by being sieged by SB, so essentially you could go so far as to say they are making a mockery of the liasons and AV by pretending they are actually holding an event. Fortunately, SB probably going to be mature and cease the war, because at least they have a little respect for AV and its staffs.

Wow, just wow, are you really trying to save this.. no there isnt one going THIS VERY SECOND, but you have taken 5 cities (every city), of SB's in the past fortnight, and SB have sieged you back once in the past few days.

While I have never been at war with skreww and to be honest, don't know Zealot all too well in-game, skreww l00se is helping people out in RA 24/7. He tells noobs to send him tells in-game if they have questions (something I have done a few times) he answers their questions in RA when other people are complete douche bags, and he has given so much free shit away at Whiteclaw and Redmoon, it's not even funny. Mainly because I wasn't there to attend in all honesty lol.

Point being, they play a game and enjoy it, who gives a flying fuck if they beat the shit out of SB and then talk shit. It's better than doing nothing, and getting your ass kicked, then still talking shit. Like SB for example. I'm relatively new to this game(about June-ish) and I already dislike SB for their history of being shit-talkers with no room to back it up.

Also, the trade fair worked very well in the past, and that wasn't done at a time of war. Remember, this is just a video game.
