As with our in game Chaos Chests you'll never know what you get!
It's hard to keep up with updates and interesting happenings in game and around the forums. But fret not, the community liaisons are here to help.
We will recap on a regular basis to make sure you don't miss any important information.
Additionally we will pick a few examples of the many interesting reads around the forums. (If you think a specific thread or event is worth mentioning contact any of the liaisons. Keep in mind though that we are looking at suggestions directly on the forums, there is no need to send links about them to make a stronger point.)

Tasos kept updating the Community on a weekly basis with Activity Reports. Both the update from the 17th of September (http://forums.darkfallonline.com/showthread.php?t=261013) and the update from the 24th of September (http://forums.darkfallonline.com/showthread.php?t=261665) shed some light on activities concerning the upcoming expansion as well as general information about what is happening around the offices.
In an effort to give the 5K contest entries their well deserved attention we started to introduce additional entries which didn't quite make it into the final two. Some of them you might have seen, some you might not. We already brought you TPOTN's Schooner match stick masterpiece (http://forums.darkfallonline.com/showthread.php?t=260820) as well as Tharok's 3D Fan-Art (http://forums.darkfallonline.com/showthread.php?t=261562). Additionally the winning brothers had some more goodies to show (http://forums.darkfallonline.com/showthread.php?t=261384) and we wanted to make sure no one missed the work they put in on top of creating the Darkfall Dragon.
Pallist of the NA server is offering a public ventrilo (http://forums.darkfallonline.com/showthread.php?t=261396) for Darkfall players to anyone interest. Thank you!
Last but certainly not least, the Lore Team has been hard at work for the expansion too and shed some light on the history of Agon (http://forums.darkfallonline.com/showthread.php?t=261011).

Roleplaying, some of you love it some of you hate it. What we personally think is that Darkfall has great role-play capacity. There are several interesting threads about this topic going on right now. A very constructive discussion (http://forums.darkfallonline.com/showthread.php?t=261842) about the topic is going on in Signus' thread. Brando on the other hand is asking for your input to compile a list of ideas (http://forums.darkfallonline.com/showthread.php?t=256392) and goes even further with introducing a brand new community site (http://forums.darkfallonline.com/showthread.php?t=258141) for role-playing.
Darkfall with a console like controller (http://forums.darkfallonline.com/showthread.php?t=261860)? Would it work? What do you think?

The new expansion will bring exciting official Events. Sharpen your sword and be ready! With that being mentioned, the Acolytes have been expanding their library with some more obscure Agon lore. Keep an eye on this section for more information within the next few days!
.:: The battle for Agon ::.
The politics on both EU-1 and NA-1 has been a constant battle back and forth between the powers that dominate the servers.
EU-1
EU-1 has been pretty busy siege-wise. Clans have realized that the value of some holdings will change after the launch of Darkfall’s 3rd expansion, and many have launched big sieges to strengthen their position on Agon. Some of the notable ones are SUN VS Nadirian Hordes at Rehnagar and Oethrain, where both parties traded blows, and Pandora VS Lux Arcana. Sea fortresses have seen their own share of activity, with almost the entire server showing up for some great naval combat.
NA-1
Our NA-1 players have been engaged in a big fight over Ichtan, and that alone stirred a fair amount of controversy in the NA-1 Clan Discussion forums. Previous sieges have included Skogul, Eronetil, Jeradan, pretty much holdings all over Agon, and no single clan has been left out of the fights. Also, Desperate Housewives have got their hands on advanced Warhulks like the Vileforge and the Battle Ark, and these are sure to help them in future fights!
We are interested in finding neutral players who would like to work with us on a weekly basis to update the community on general war happenings on both servers. Interested players can send a pm to community liaison Ramjesty (http://forums.darkfallonline.com/member.php?u=382460). Please state why you would be a good candidate to comment and update us on happenings we might miss. Thank you!
