As far as performance, it looks like the EU server is back to the way it should be performing. We are monitoring closely to make sure there are no other issues. As for a possible rollback reported by some players, nothing was initiated by us, but we're looking into it to figure out what caused it. If it's true, we're afraid that there's nothing we can do other than compensate for the lost time. We take your reports at face value so we have added a sixth day to the total compensation to address this possibility. We'll update you on Monday with any new information.
