Looks like racism at worse, gross incompetence at best.

And just think ; our country is trying to make it illegal for police to be filmed in action by the public (and have succeeded in doing so in two states.)

I know for certain Massachusetts, and I think the other state is Illinois.

Those laws would get repealed if that guys case was taken to the supreme court. They're beyond unconstitutional. Blatantly unconstitutional laws like that make me sick.

But whether anything like that ever reaches the supreme court is solely up to that court... If it is not on current court agenda to fix those issues, they will be ignored.

www.carlosmiller.com

Site is called "photography is not a crime". There's been a lot of attention lately with the Graber case, and several states have are pushing laws to the opposite; the try to get rid of the abuse of the wiretapping laws to jail people for filming.

Thats bullshit, first off that never happends and if it does they get either locked in jail (cause its illegal) like in every country around Europe that has muslims living in it. Its not like they get away with it like those cops in the US.

Lol, you think it doesn't happen? Your country is being overrun. Also, those cops in the US didn't get away with it. They didn't get adequate punishments for their crimes but that's a different story. Don't act like your country doesn't bend over backwards for radical Muslims.

And our yearly rape stats are nearly triple those in NL per capita. Are those rapes somehow not as bad?

You're changing the subject as I wasn't comparing rape statistics. The point is every country has their fair share of problems.

That's a total lie, everyone knows that the US is the only shithole in the world. Why else would all the mexicans and central americans want to come here?

Jesus, I'm glad I dont live in the US.

Enjoy your sharia law and getting stabbed in the neck, in the open streets, if you disrespect Mohammed.

However, I'm also glad you don't live in the US.

No, actually its safer to not call the police than to call the police, refuse to answer their questions, then resist arrest.

I take it no one else listened to the conversation between the two officers.

Granted they handled the situation poorly and could have done a much better job, but I don't see any racist/hate in that video, just a frustrated officer trying to handle an old lady thats being a pain in the ass and making the wrong decision of tasing her to gain control of the situation.

The fact that you named a specific site suggests that that's not too far off of what you do in your free time.

I'd call that gross incompetence. I know many Americans are used to a heavy handed police force , but it really seems that some of these officers are not trained in any form of conflict resolution either. Their main way of handling any situation seem to simply consist of taking out the source of disturbance.
Many people probably cheer this on because they always imagine drunkards, drug addicts or violent people being sources of disturbance, in reality people who panic, are confused, upset, might respond in a similar way, tazing them shitless for such reasons doesn't exactly feel like protecting citizens.

Well Pornhub is the shizzle, and you're right I do use it, not as much as I'd like as the girlfriend doesn't appreciate me beating it to porn.

Every time a cop zapps someone they should get zapped aswell. So if you do it 12 times you're gonna regret it.

But seriously once is enough to completely knock someone off their feet. Why do they have to use this method as a way of threatening the person to do what they tell them to?

Shouldnt it be against the regulations to kinda blackmail someone using the taser? 'Do what i say or you get tased again!'.... I can imagine it takes atleast a minute for someone to come to their senses after having thousands of volts going through your body...

Dunno about you pussys, but the bitch sounded guilty to me.

Some of you might reconsider letting the fact that she was a 3rd grade teacher influence your opinion of her moral character if you had also grown up in south carolina. I certainly had a few teachers that were fucked up enough to warrant getting tased.

Regardless of the occupation of the woman that video is sick and wrong.

Tamural
07-23-2010, 04:32
I think the point was: she's a 50-something year old woman who was tase'd because she wouldn't cooperate with the cop. Unnecessary force was used, and this force was used against protocol even if it was necessary (10 seconds rather than four seconds, used even while she was on the floor.)

Not to mention she was begging him to stop and he showed no remorse (in fact, he even started flaunting his power by blackmailing her into stopping, then tazing her again.) Seems kinda psychotic if you ask me. Tasers should be used with modesty; they shouldn't be used like a second penis, shoving it in any orifice you can find while thinking doing so grants you so much power.
