The Dark Union, a pvp based clan, is recruiting members for Darkfall. While we are far from a good or neutral alllignment clan, we are not an rp "evil" clan in that we believe that the only way to suceed is by destroying all other players. When neccesary we are ready to compromise and work around the problems in other ways than brute force. Dont let this be misleading though, as these alliances may turn out to be nothing more than temporary manipulations to leave us better off by the end. :sly:
While many clans try to keep the same ranks and players over games we have no interest doing so. Our ranks are not in stone so that when darkfall is released we will be able to hire the best man for the job instead of people who were good in past games. While every member of our clan does have past game experience, the clan was formed for darkfall. This takes us a step away from other clans that would rather relive past glorys than play a new game from scratch.
We are a highly organized clan and extremely opposed to the zerg. All of our moves are well thought out and planned so that we make the most of all situations. To allow us to optimize every oppurtunity presented we have made our clan entirely self sufficient. In a normal clan this would mean having both and army and crafters to provide, but we go an extra length to include a pirate branch. Each branch has a separate leader, so that they are all recieve the same amount of attention and focus. This follows into our clans beliefs that allowing our members to be in their chosen element, will pay off in their performance.
Tying into giving our player base the most amount of choices, we are the only clan that recruits orcs, mahirim, humans, mirdain, and dwarves. This gives our clan an edge over others in that not only will we possess the abillity to craft all these racial weapons but we will also have all these racial skills.
This is definitely a clan you can grow in. Not just in your choice of skills or style of combat but in ranks. We will not be one of those clans that you can never get high in because everyone has been there so long. If you have great tactical abillity and know how to lead others we will take notice and give you that oppurtunity. On another note, we recognize that others have no interest in commanding and have no skill in that area. For that reason there are pvp ranks in the clan so that these players will recieve recognition.
If you want to be a player that is known by their actions, and not for simply yelling and bragging about how good they are this is the clan for you. There are so many different personalities that you are bound to make some good friends. While we do want members to respect and honor their officers orders we do realize that it is a game and fun should be had. We're tight knit and want to enjoy darkfall whether we win or lose.
