can use the skill and animation is fine but it cant hit

I bet it's a range issue.

Like when you do it, it isn't set for the mounted swing. It's still set as if you are on foot.

It should be worked on for sure, just as long as we don't get whirlwind working for a mounted combatant. Power attack, and maybe possibly disabling blow for shits an giggles would be kool.

If they capped mounted combat damage overall, so transmutes weren't as powerful when mounted, sure.

The damage has to be looked at though an changed before we start making it even more powerful.

Mounted combat doesn't need any more damage -_-
