You can. You will have to put it onto a paypal account because sometimes the giftcards will not do out of country transactions.

I i got a pre-paid card here, and went to buy it off the North america site.. it wouldnt let me us it?

you could try using it like a creditcard. you're going to have to register the card to your name by calling the credit company.

the greenspot prepaid visa's will. used them last year when I was transfering banks.

warning~those 'vanilla' cards and such will not, make sure its a greenspot prepaid card.
