Ok, so I know making wespons that reuire more mats yields more exp, but does this occur with trueforge as well? Like do I get more exp if I make something that costs more mats?

Trueforge is based off # of crafts, not mats.

so what's the best way to raise the trueforges

obviously for armour it'd be a cloth item/etc, such as cloth leggings.

what about weapon? would it be making arrows? or lame weaponsmithing items such as spiked clubs?

AFAIK arrows no longer skill up TF... but a bowyer might be able to correct me on that if I'm wrong..

Arrows is the only thing that gives a slower gain than the other items afaik, though can't confirm it since I'v had 100 for a long time.
But battlespikes works great, cheap and they're not useless vendortrash.
