As the title suggests:
What's the most cost-effective way to grind Alchemy from 35-100 and Tailoring from 79-100?

Tailoring: cloth pants, then sell them back to vendor.

you r0 racial staves to 50 then blackbolts to 100, you can either sell or use the blackbolts, making it the most cost efficient imo.

I got tailoring from 1 to 100 in roughly 3 hours probably less but dont have proof so wont claim it.
Cloth pants 1-25
padded cuirass 25-50
leather cuirass 50-75
studded cuirass 75-100
cost maybe 20k? sold the gear back for about 3k and donated some to newer players.
20k aint that much in todays market.

I'd recommend doing R0 staves all the way... just to get your Trueforge up as well.
