3 things.

That blood needs to be darker.

The stripes of blood on the armor/grass could almost be mistaken for graphical glitches, though I am pretty sure that is supposed to be blood.

And lastly, is this the first screenshot containing a hotbar that we have yet seen?

Nice graphics, but I hope its just a random set of armor there wearing because 2 of the guys looked lot alike just one didnt have a helm. I hope the dont give away what you are like most mmo's you can take one look at somones armor and weapon and tell exactly what they are. I hate liner games like that.

If these were taken recently that means, they havent fully fixed the Blood showing on armor graphics, cause some of it is still just big red lines.

Awesome shots! Although they look great, they also prove that the grass rendering distance on low quality is too short to conceal ambushes and the like. Anyone with their grass turned to the min will hold an advantage against anyone with the grass maxed :./

I don't plan to play stealthy though, so, huzzah for me :D

Looking at these screenshots, and looking at the orig dragon armor screen shots...

I'd say there is a pretty big gfx spectrum from low end to high end.

i think a low end graphic card will be between a geforce5700 and geforce6600. this are current low end cards.
i am glad of knowing that darkfall will be not a performence hungry monster application. i hope the devs will give us many graphical options to tune darkfall for best fps. nothing sucks more as performence lag in a big raid.

That's really neat if true, by the time the person is close enough to be seen, he's in your field of grass :)

Problem solved.

On a side note, that turns the tables, giving high-end users at least a chance to see people hiding in the grass.

If those are low settings then the graphics still look great imho, especially the level of detail in the background in pic.1; mountain etc.

Don't forget that the blood is moving, a still picture will look like that.. Animations aren't completely fluid.. I think it looks awesome.

I dont care what graphics card it was done on or at what resolution, it all looks good to me!

And thats a great third person view mode too! I really hope the devs let players choose to play in that view mode all the time!

But either way, im still playing this game! These screen shots only re-enforce that want ten fold!

I'm not much a fan of gore, but I know others are. I'll just dial the 'gore-meter' down to zero. But that knocking-his-head-off-with-one-swing thing IS something I've got to see at least once!
