Exploding Charge and Hitbox Sound

The hitbox dink sound no longer plays when you hit someone with exploding charge. I tested a bunch of other spells that sound just as loud and they all have the audible dink. For whatever reason exploding charge no longer does.

Did you try turning it off -- Relogging -- Turning it back on?

This happened to me once and that fixed it.
