New enchant to help archery.

Enchant that gives archery (and archery only) encumbrance bonus. 2 options.

1. Archery encumbrance bonus about the same as standard encumbrance enchant and stacks with it.

OR

2. Archery encumbrance bonus twice as good as standard one but does not stack with it.

Why? Because full plate parts + bone chest looks stupid.


Just a thought. Discuss.
