To me, housing is still one of the easiest ways to scam someone.
Unless you are buying a deed directly from someone. There is no 100% way to trade placed houses.
I suggest:
That there be a Realtor Broker in Capital cities that can gaurentee trades of placed houses.
I think, having some type of fee involved would be acceptable. Expectially, trading between Enemy factions... Or have a higher Broker fee for this also.
A setting set by the seller to decide who would pay the fee would be nice. Also have the actual coords of where the place is, what type, etc.
Edit: Also have a very short time limit on the house being up so it doesn't turn into an "Realtor Auction House".
