Hello,

I am not sure if this is intended or not, but I do not think so.

If a Blue player Resurrects a Grey/Red Player, they are not flagged.

This applies to situations like, in town with guard towers.

PlayerA & B & C are Blue in town

PlayerA attacks PlayerC--- A turns grey, NPC guard towers start zapping A.
PlayerA kills PlayerC -- A is grey, C is blue
PlayerA dies to NPC Guard tower -- A is grey
PlayerA is resurrected by PlayerB -- A is grey, B does not flag grey.
PlayerA waits out Grey Timer while under his Invulnerability shield.
PlayerA+PlayerB Loot PlayerC

Intended?

Probably not.

I saw this happening few times.
Once I was naked by the bank and I was attacked by a noob, he thought I would go down in 3 hits, but he barely scratched my health bar.
Of course he got zapped.
His fiend revived him once, but the second time I ganked him, and looted his mount and while someone else looted his nice axe.

Yet if I was a noob, probably they would have ganked me easily and get away with it.

But A lost at least -8 alignement.

Possible
It's part of the game. they can murder you in start cities.
but they need organization to do it and they could die...

there's no 100% safe zone in DF

A can have up to +10, so he is still at +2, and blue in town.

That would mean they should remove guard towers then if there are no "safe" zones.

i don't get your logic.

however he can manage with risk to kill you 1 time.
the starter cities still give a few protection.
Better than nothing. You only need to be careful.

I'm agree the system isn't perfect
alignment need to be improved...

but you should not be able to res greys without being flagged a grey yourself.

Personally,

I'd like to see it that if a blue, takes loot out of another blue's
grave, they go red to that blue, for an hour, and the towers
shouldn't interfere, nor should the looted blue take a penalty
for Face R@PING the looter, repetitively... with gusto...
for the full hour.

and... that blue should show on the looted guys radar...
and the hour should only tick down while the "robber"
is online...

Mortal Online will have a "similar" system minus the
map thing...

I like this.... :D Steal those ideas googgo

that is almost leaning towards a bounty hunter system, without the bountys... somewhat of a "Revenge" or personal vendetta system.
