A system to securely sell houses

As the title says, you can offer to buy it through the journal or a new tab in the journal, or it can be put for sale and people when looking through the 'buy house' page in the journal you can see what houses are for sale. You make an offer or meet the price the owner has set and once accepted the money is taken from your bank account and the ownership handed over to the buyer.

Its very secure I mean its carebear way because there is no way how to scam someone (kill him while trading). But on the other hand it is not logical to steal placed house....

I prefer if after placing deed, the deed will stays in your backpack (or it will jump in bank for carebears) and it will be renamed to placed deed. Anyone with that deed own that house. If you loose your placed house deed its your own stupidity.

it's not a scam telling someone you will sell them a placed house then just not doing it. How would you like it if every trade worked like this. It really is just stupid. You shouldn't be able to "scam" someone in the safety of NPC cities. If you are going to scam someone there needs to be some risk involved. For example, putting your placed house in the trade window then having 10 people jump the guy real fast before he can bank the key or whatever. THAT IS A SCAM. It is just a broken game mechanic that lets people transfer house to alts and rip people off so there main characters reputation isn't ruined. I created a poll about this a couple of weeks ago and about 50 people voted in favor of having trade windows open up for placed houses when selling and 3 were against.

This needs to be fixed. I shouldn't have to pay a third party to sell my own damned house. So stupid.

I meaned to kill someone while trading as I posted. Its very hard to kill someone in NPC city while trading but it should be possible....

By the way the intelligence of people who payed first for placed house amaze me...
