Id give the previous one an 8.5/10. I think its stylish. I like the irregular/rounded edge. Its got a good theme and its follow suit with said theme. The background and borders are good too.

The only thing holding it back IMHO is the color. So much brown. Its a tad on the dreary side.

yeah, you're right on the wording's illegibility, (though it was even more illegible before, hehe,) but I'm not all too worried about it as I thought it may make people strain to read the text, and in reading the text, they'd have my full message. ;)
