I know the meaning of peoples. It just doesn't sound good in that sentence, thus it takes away from the overall sig. Alter it a bit and it will look better, I'm sure Hitler wouldn't mind. The skull is a symbol for a lot of things, but that doesn't mean the runes don't look out of place.
