Can we get a separate form that we can concentrate the whining and crying in? I know I'm guilty of it myself too upon occasion, but it would have its use. Make it only visible to subscribers so that people can exaggerate their cyber travesties to their hearts' content. It would also give a place for mods to move tear-saturated threads to that no one except the floodgates really want to see.

This is an excellent idea! All QQ posts could be moved or deleted if started in other sections. Would clean up the forums a bit and if you wanted to read complaints they would all be in one place.
