Problem is that hunting any sort of variety of mobs requires transmuted bows or weapons.. and Q1 transmute/keeness pretty much sucks.

You cant shut off PVE to the majority of the playerbase by requireing something for 75% of the mobs that many players cant get to to noobiness or location.

Many of us veterans will find ways around this easliy enough.. but newer players or guys who run solo/small groups or chaos city dwellers are basically fucked... especially on NA where acquiring even Q2 enchanting comps will quickly send you to the poorhouse.

This. After experiencing the patch I felt upset for the new players and not myself. Until AV fixes this, the poor newbies are going to be getting constantly raped in the pooper.
