Transfer not going through

I followed the links and created a new NA account. On the next page it asked me is a was sure a wanted to transfer #$%^&%$##. There are 2 buttons YES & NO. The yes button doesnt work.:sly: /. any ideas. I tried canceling my EU subscription but that doesnt work. I submited a trouble ticket. Its been 2 days and im starting to drink to much so can someone please help. I need to play :ohno:

I can only suggest trying to go through all the steps again maybe.

I hope, you tried the to transfer, while being logged in your eu-account-management page ( and not the NA one ).

Did you then click on "Online Shop" and then "Character Transfer 0.00€" ???

I recieved an e-mail saying my character was transfered today but my toon is still on EU-1. I Installed the NA client and am sitting on a create character screen. Customer support said they are looking into it.:bang:
