Journal/Clan Not Loading

Whenever I access the journal and clan features in game it shows up as a white screen. When I try the journal website it only shows up as a white page. I have to completely disable my Symantec firewall in order to get these features/websites to work. I have tried disabling the individual components of my firewall (Client Firewall, Intrusion Protection, Ad Blocking) seperately in order to find out which part is doing the blocking but everything was still blocked. I added access to the darkfall and sfbrowser .exe's in my firewall's exclusions and still nothing... I allowed access to darkfallonline.com and still nothing... Other than uninstalling my firewall or leaving it disabled while I play does anyone have an ideas or solutions they've had success with? I'm banging my head on my desk here... :bang:

First and foremost replace Symantec. It's terrible at it's job. I'd suggest Avast as it does both anti-virus and anti-spyware, light weight and very effective. You will notice a speed improvement.
Windows has a built in firewall so I would disable the Symantec FW and enable the windows one.
