Blue breath bar graphic doesn't go away

Started yesterday but the blue breath bar graphic never goes off my screen. If I die it will be gone until I enter the water and then once it fills it will stay.

I really don't want to go through a reinstall just to get rid of this.

I get this a few times, a vit buff/debuff quickness buff/debuff will make it disappear

Have this problem too, it has to do with my activated title quest reward...

I keep a +VIT ring in my bank for the express purpose of getting rid of that bar when I start the game.

It's the VIT title quest buff that is bugged to keep your breath bar up, so as someone already mentioned, a VIT buff or debuff will clear it.

It happen also with quickness title buff

I've the same problem, everytime i log-off or recall this blue bar never disappear. The only way is use buffs or remove title quest.

Can developers fix please?
