I was there trading. That is what i wear when i'm trading/crafting. I had done the trade and was rebinding the rune when that guy came attacking my trader. It's just robes, r40 mobdropped bow, r40 mobdropped pole, lightstealer, some food, some reags and some arrows... just to defend myself against jumpers.

I never go out with that if my purpose is pveing/pvping. I always wear enchanted shit and all that kind of stuff when i'm pveing/pvping. But this time i was trading.

I found it was an interesting fight between 2 guys using archery, so i put it there.

Same goes for the first one, i was crafting in the city when these guys started acting cool.

Doing cool 1vsX situations against skilled people makes you look badass. Doing it vs scrubs not so much but it's still fun to watch. I feel bad for poor Dragon Clan tho :(

I didn't say i was badass in that specific fight. I found it interesting.

I myself noticed if the naked wasn't there it would have been a different fight. I got far more hits than him(the fk guy), but that was clearly cos of the naked annoying him. However, i found it an INTERESTING fight. Some people around here don't realise what is interesting is the actual fight and not me.

The bit i like about disturbed is what i like to call "contundence". Their songs are contundent, strong, powerful. The sound, not the lyrics, and into the sound i include the voice as an aspect of the sound.

They also have different layers. Not as deep as other groups, but at least more than any bullshit pop song you can talk me about.

Finally they are skilled musicians in the sense of composing songs which are so strong and contundent and very rhytmic. Not in the performance but in the actual composal.

Their lyrics have so many different interpretations that you can't really know what is the message they're sending out, and some of the interpretations i've heard/read really scare me, so it's not because of that. There are very very very few groups which i like cos of their ideas. Probably only a spanish group called Mago de Oz, and i don't even completely share the ideas with them, but they have some good views of things.

I explained it's not really that they look cool, but that they are contundent, and their songs have "some" depth, not specially good on that but they have it.

I know it's not "real" metal if you want to be elitist, but i don't fucking care how you call a style, when i like a song i like it and that's it, i don't mind what kind of style it is.

Watched it and Ark has a point here. It's just like when Helba included some footage of a a.. what was it.. 1vs5 vs some scrubs? Doing cool 1vsX situations against skilled people makes you look badass. Doing it vs scrubs not so much but it's still fun to watch. I feel bad for poor Dragon Clan tho :(

Almost if the guys can't aim for shit in the 1vs5 and the guys in the 1vs2 are known and skilled players. Just check blue poo's videos. He does some 1vX situations where some of his enemies barely fight back but start panicing and blocking with a polearm while walking backwards :P

I may start a discussion about this. I've been thinking about it. It's true, although not a major problem at all, that the way the game works now, the amount of "player skill" you can put into the game is limited, like that there's a point where if you play above that point it is very hard that you get outplayed in outnumbered situations. I would love a lot more that even though you were good, if someone was even better than you, then he could still win you in very unfair situations.

I.e, with all characters of the same character skill. Player B is good so he can kill 4 players as good as Player A alone. However, Player C is so good he can kill 4 players as good as Player B alone. Impressing enough, Player D is a fucking god who never ever makes an error and he can kill 4 players as good as Player C alone.

I believe that if this doesn't happen it's not really cos people aren't very good, but because the game tends to "normalise" when the player skill is above some level.(Because of the game mechanics)

I wouldn't say really a ceiling cos there's always someone better, but the differences are much smaller.

When he was about to die i decided to kill the rock instead of him >.<. Then i tried to pursue him and when i was AGAIN about to kill him i ran out of mana. Then he went around the rock and by the time i would have had angle again to kill him he would have been healed.

Then, almost in the end, i have him 1 hit left but i decide begone is a much more useful spell to use in that moment than any offensive spell >.< So i gave him so many opportunities in the end he had to win :P
