Transfer Question

So last night I tried, unsuccessfully, to transfer my character.
I followed the given instructions but at the "Character Transfer" page there was no option to select transfer.
So this morning I try to transfer again on the Character Transfer page, but no option is there to select.
Suggetions?

Do you not see the option on the online shop page underneath subscription options?
