Screen Black on Resolution Change

I like to switch from full screen to window based a lot depending on what I am doing in game. Often when I do this the entire game window goes black. It is very annoying, because I then have to kill the darkfall process and wait to relog.

Does anyone else get this problem, and/or know if there is some way to avoid it?

My card is a 9800 GTX+

Only thing I can think of is a video setting or driver update resolving it. Anyone else getting this? I would also like to hear from others who switch modes often and do not have this occur, what card you use and driver version, thx.

try downloading uptodate drivers and im not sure if this'll effect it but try downloading the physix too

Happens to me also and it drives me farking crazy.

Hopefully the next round of driver updates fixes the issue.

This happens to me too. 9800 GTX+ I have an AMD 2.2 Dualcore(its a few years old, I need to update), what Processor do you guys have?

I also get a bug where if I alt tab out of the game and alt tab back in my GUI is all bunched up in the top left corner of the screen. The only way to fix this is to change my resolution and then change it back. It is quite annoying.

Is anyone else using a widescreen monitor? Didnt have these problems with my huge ancient monitor. Since my new upgrade, I get these issues.

I honestly think its the NVIDIA drivers conflicting with Darkfall somehow. Please post if anyone having these issues finds a fix.

I think it happens to everyone. It happens to me and in the contrary as many here stated using Nvidia, I use ATI.
