Couple issues I see on AV's web apps

1. Go to darkfall.com

Click EU site.

Click Account

Now I am forced to select NA or EU once again? I already said I wanted EU 2 clicks back no need to ask this again store it in session or just check for EU URL to determine which account page you want.

2. Click journal go to vs players. Wait 9 years for it to pull up the data that is obviously the all the records of vs players and not just the first page. Then after all this data could be loaded into server memory and paged and sorted at lighting speeds you click the next page or sort button and it looks like its getting the entire record set again. SLOW SLOW SLOW. Learn2cache. If server memory is an issue buy more. Its cheap. :D

There are more issues but those are the ones that are on my mind atm.

I think they ask you to choose server region again to reduce the number of people who buy the wrong account by mistake (which happens). Also somebody in europe might follow an external link directly to the us site and then try and buy the game, so it does make sense really.
