If your looking for like-minded guilds you could also try clan discussion.
I don't know if this is true, but I hear many Force Alliance clans are RP-PvP.

Yew of course would be happy to partake in some RP-PvP shennanigans.

Formulating a Rules of Engagement would be great, so we could setup some decent fights not involving MAGIC SPAMZ.... IE stuff we used to do on UO... organized fights with Melee/Archery rulesets with some chance for interaction before hand.

Good ol' fashioned line em up, parley, have a fun melee/archery based fight. Fight over some territory (non city wise). It's not beyond DF's scope for us to support such things.
