Transfers Purchase another client?

So there is no fee to transfer and I have an inactive EU-1 sub with my char waiting for the move, but I'll need a NA-1 account in order to transfer him... in order to create a NA-1 account I have to purchase the Darkfall client again??? Please tell me I'm wrong and stupid and post what I'm supposed to do
Edit: I re-read the spotlight post... this is all false, free for the account but you have to wait till tomorrow to access the details in account management...for anyone else who made this mistake
