Alignment system needs fixing. currently you can go red and back to blue in a matter of minutes.
I apologize for wall of text that follows
this hurts the community because no noobs around there starting area can trust each other knowing anyone can kill them with very little penalty.
Being red should be something that deters people from killing there fellow race members, it should take a while to become good again after becoming a murderer of innocents.
for example in ultima online being red(a murderer) was a huge penalty it took a minimum of 40 hours from when you went red till you could turn back to a innocent blue player (and an additional 40 hours for every murder after that). this created guilds(clans) of players who just played red(murderers) characters. It also created groups of clans devoted to extinguishing there land of all murderers whom roamed it.
I think the alignment system should be changed so that when a person makes the decision to kill another of there same alignment they will be penalized by being red for a much longer amount of time then what the current alignment system allows.
I also think there should be a chat tab implemented for all murderers so they could meet in chaos citys and trade just like normal players just with no guard tower around to protect them because being a murderer is a risky life.
i think this would bring a new aspect to the communitys living in and around chaos citys as well.
just my opinion on how the current alignment system seems broken and limits the amount of player interaction in the game with no one able to trust anyone.
