Can't patch on win 7

When i'm starting patcher my dl speed is down to '0' and nothink to happen...I'm disable firewall and this doesn't help me =( I have windows 7

i to have windows 7 and no such issues have occured.

did you install the latest lobby? (you can find it on the account page)
did you try copying/backing up a older install? (if so, delete it and reinstall)

Reinstall the game and launching patch as Administartor have solved a problem

try re-installing, and make sure you have the latest lobby version
Just so you know, win 7 is not the problem. I have win 7 and nothing like this has ever happened to me.

you don't need to reinstall, just always right click and run as administrator, or right click properties and select 'always run as admin'

I'm looking to upgrade my vista ultimate to win7 ultimate, anyone done the same and have success?

Just looking to get some feedback before I dive headfirst into doing it.
