Some weeks ago i saw someone posting a "Keen Cobrastaff of Keeness" with a damage of ~0.60.

Is it a bug that you can put two keen enchants that stacks on weapons? Do they stack or is it just visual? Do you get any enchanting skills by doing this?

i believe they do not stack

I have not tested it with staves, but Keen does not stack on melee weapons.

Highest one overwrites the smaller one no stacking involved.

right. Whichever enchant is highest will be the one that's applied to the base dmg of the staff.

High quality enchants can be a lot better than low quality ones, though.
