- Change Corrosive Blast's recast timer to be the same as all of the rest of the r50 nukes.

- Buff Pungent Mist, make it actually useful for something.

- Slightly increase the intensity of Stamina Leach.

- Buff Earthquake, drasticly increase the range or allow movement while casting it.

Yeah, no shit. I think I have made 50 fucking threads here about nerfing splash damage and or global cooldowns. But anyway, productive responses or no responses please.
