Reds of same alliance shouldn't have access to race chat

I'd suggest that reds of same alliance as blues get their own chat when they turn red, so they only have access to public, and perhaps trade.

They shouldn't have access to Race Alliance and Race chat, so that blue's can warn and coordinate defense/attacks without the red ones being warned

Thats a great idea, trade and race limited to blues, and reds have their own. Sounds good to me.
