i've never seen it, but if they do ... ye it does not make sense.

Neither does it make sense that weather has no sound, and that people in the same proximity get different weather affects ...

yea that makes no sense, neither does daylight in caves....... It would be awesome if caves were actually dark except near light sources. And the same for outside at night. There are spells like light that would be pretty cool to use in caves to light it up, but as it is you don't need to.

I totally agree!

Would be awesome if caves were pitch dark and you needed to carry a 1h sword n torch (instead of shield). but you'd need to able to plant ur torch down on the ground/wall if u need to change weapons

yea but super dark not like night outer of a caves

good idea is a torch. When we ride inside caves we must make light form our torches. (one hand for torch antoher hand for 1H weapon)

that will be great

I'll agree that it really doesn't make sense for it to be so bright inside caves, but i would rather it not make sense, than have to deal with torches. All that would do is make it a little bit more of a pain in the ass that i could do without if i go into a cave.

That being said, it really shouldn't snow inside. Rain you can make a case for (it soaking through the ground, weak, i know.) but snow just doesn't have a place.
