This idea is not a detection system, rather a method by which GMs can investigate potential radar/wall hackers (and maybe other types of hackers) that are reported via gm_report.
Add functionality to the Darkfall client that takes a screenshot of the players game window, compresses it (and even reduce resolution), names it relevantly and sends it back to a Darkfall server for GMs to investigate. The screenshot should be taken when requested by a GM or, upon certain pre-programmed scenarios.
With many detection systems, hackers can modify the client to 'not detect' the hacks that they are using. However, for someone to modify screenshot functionality (that is expected to produce certain results when invoked externally) to HIDE graphical details on the screen is VERY difficult to say the least.
Hackers are not rampant on Darkfall but, the few that DO exist have a huge unfair advantage over the rest of the community. They need to be investigated and IP banned.
