damn these people (http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/entertainment/8209829.stm), why cant you let me watch what i want to watch!!!
The BBFC rarely refuses to pass films, having denied only three titles seeking an 18 rating over the last four years.
These include violent sex thriller Murder Set Pieces and Terrorists, Killers And Other Wackos, a film comprising real clips of execution and torture.
Two pornographic works seeking the restricted R18 rating have also been rejected in the same period.

All that really does is burn your vote. I'd rather vote on the lesser of two evils than on something that (while it's good) would NEVER get voted in, and I know it. Doing otherwise increases the chances of the worst option getting through.

paid far too much it seems, its like claiming the average wage is 34k a year
average for fucking where? go into a job centre and look at jobs, average wage in.....Minimum wage like 7.50 an hour!

That sucks, same job in Texas nets you at least USD 32,000 (approx 20k GBP). And I'm 100% sure cost of living is cheaper here than in the UK.

yeah but we get our medical cover taken out of our wages in 'NHS Contributions' then the Tax man bends us over and shafts us every pay check

On Topic: Although I sometimes hate these rating boards, I can easily imagine that the particular film talked about in the first post will be shitty and too much gore for nothing, so I wonder if it is really so a great loss to the British public.
