I am looking for a guild that'll use the ranking system to army based realism. Set up squads or sections with sergeants as the leader and corporals as the assistant mixed with a few privates. Lieutenant leading platoons and captain's leading companies. Etc, etc. Anyone do something close to that? I would be more than willing to be active once I purchase the game and join a guild like that.
