Yeah, those types of post are annoying. He makes the comment about frapsing though because Icon brought 20-30 people into 420 city and got pushed out by 10 naked who would have gladly geared up to fight them off. Icon hit Erinthel about 20 minutes later and got rolled there pretty hard by Exodus, which is a shit clan. They frapsed the initial attack on 420 and made an embarrassing video.

They tried it again, but probably wont upload the footage of them getting trashed 2 times tonight.

As previously Stated Icon prides itself on helping out and taking in newer players, and we are not ashamed of that. Our core (which is never in the city) are always our PvP'ing. So keep flaming man...just making yourself and your guild look bad...and giving icon more posts....thanks...

I agree with you to an extent. Darkfall needs guilds like Icon that are willing to take in new players and offer them (or try to offer) protection and guidance. It's important to the long term success of Darkfall.

As far as comparing them to Hyperion, I don't believe they're the same. I'm not terribly familiar with how Hyperion was run, but they played a lot of forumfall, overtaxed their allied guilds and were overly agressive from what I remember on EU-1.

Darkfall is a sandbox. The actions of guilds and alliances have distinct effects on the survival of a particular server. When there are only two, it is important to keep this in mind. We need to do what we can to allow new and casual players to experience Darkfall in a positive way, in order for this game to be a long term success.

When will ppl understand that some Clans don't just recruit Ppl that.....Played in Beta..have no life...think this game is Serious Business..and on and such you know the list.
