EU people?

Hi, I'm very new to DFO (as in, I'm strongly considering buying the game but I'm not yet committed) and was wondering whether any EU people wanted to make a guild or if I could join one already formed on the NA-1 server which runs rampant in US off hours and are general dicks. If I was to make a guild, the Great Unwashed is name of choice btw (not zerg)

If not, then I'll settle for some US guild that does whatever
